My thesis research analyzes the challenges to and opportunities of implementing Smart Growth in the City of Guelph’s inner core neighbourhood named The Ward.

To gain the needed insight, I analyze the planning process used to draft the City’s new Downtown Secondary Plan – Envision Guelph Downtown.
